A Musical Feast to Celebrate the New Year, and Two Places to Work Toward the Future. In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thought and the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, to help the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and to promote the integration and development of culture between Hong Kong and the Mainland, the "Golden Bell Stars" - The Hong Kong New Year Concert, which is directed by the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of China, and co-sponsored by the China Musicians' Association and the Hong Kong Opera, was brilliantly presented in the Concert Hall of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in the evening of Jan. 2nd.. Conductor Chen Lin led the Symphony Orchestra of the Central Conservatory of Music, together with musicians from both sides, including Liao Changyong, Karen Mok, Shi Yijie, Wang Qingshuang, Jiang Yang, Liu Yanhua, Tan Tianle, Cheng Haoru, Dang Huali, Xu Xiaocheng, Gao Bai, Li Zhexiang, etc. The concert was a luxurious musical feast to offer the New Year's blessings, and sang about how the Mainland and Hong Kong are striving to make progress together and move forward into the future.
