RESUME
Mr. Li Zhong, Han nationality, was born in September, 1972 in Shuozhou, Shanxi province.Started working in July 1995, he achieved the Master of Laws degree. Being the member of Communist Party of China and the associate research fellow, he has been the Deputy Party Secretary of the Communication University of China and is the the Deputy Party Secretary of the Central Conservatory of Music presently.
