The Music Festival of CCOM is a presentation of CCOM's achievements on teaching, performing, composition and academic research field as well as a great event for the music education field in China. Through all the artistic practices and activities of music festival, CCOM improved school's teaching quality, strengthened the cohesion, and promote the interaction and cultural communication among Chinese music conservatories and music conservatories abroad.

The festival enhanced reputation of CCOM in the music circle at home and abroad and contributed the internationalized development of professional music education in China. Based on the big successes of former music festivals of CCOM, the conservatory enlarges the scope of the concerts, increases propaganda gradually according to the development of CCOM and the need on international communication of Chinese music education. With highly qualified academic events presented in the festival, the Music Festival of CCOM makes several attempts on marketization direction and already has certain contributions on the development of elegant performing arts in China.
